23baji Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 Introduction & Acceptance

23baji (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "23baji") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and across the globe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and 23baji.

3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

The following terms apply to the use of 23baji's bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus may have its own specific conditions, which are detailed on the relevant offer page.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. This bonus applies once only and cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering Requirements: A wagering requirement of typically 15 to 30 times the bonus amount applies. Wagering calculations may vary depending on the specific game played.
• Bonus Validity: Each bonus has an expiry date. If the requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using a VPN to claim offers, or exploiting the bonus system in any other way is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on 23baji are governed by the following rules:

6 Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or selling your account
• Money Laundering or Suspicious Financial Activity

• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game system
• Accessing the service from a restricted region using a VPN
• Misconduct or threats toward other players or staff

7 Identity Verification (KYC)

23baji complies with international anti-money laundering laws. As part of this, identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) may be required in the following situations:

• If a withdrawal request exceeds the specified limit
• If suspicious activity is detected on an account
• After winning a large amount for the first time
• For routine checks at regular intervals

KYC typically requires a clear copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence, along with proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement). Withdrawals may be held until KYC is complete.
